With over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Chloe's journey has taken her through various beauty salons, high-end spas, to her own 6-figure brow empire. Over the years, she has achieved the incredible milestone of offering brow services to celebrities in London whilst additionally, being recognized as a finalist in various International Awards.
ABOUT Chloe (Co-Founder, Co-CEO & Brow Artist)
"My journey in the world of brows commenced over 10 years ago.
Following my completion of Makeup/SPFX school, I quickly found that establishing a consistent client base was extremely challenging. While working as a nanny in pursuit of a makeup artist career, I realized that while makeup was enjoyable, it might not be my true passion. I made the decision to go back to school and invested in a full time course studying Level 2 and 3 Beauty Therapy. After endless exams and studying, fortunately I passed my course, and within a week, secured a job at a nearby beauty salon. Over the ensuing years, I gained extensive experience working in various beauty salons, providing a range of treatments such as massages, facials, nail care, eyebrows, and eyelashes.
I have huge appreciation for the years I spent working in various salons, as they offered me invaluable business experience. During this time, I acquired 15 additional specialist qualifications, honed my hands-on customer support abilities, and developed essential people skills. Little did I realize that these skills would prove useful when running my own business. This period of exploration also helped me identify my favorite treatments, those that didn't feel like 'work' but rather a passion"
"During the time i spent working within salons, I faced financial struggles that really forced me to take my own action and I began offering lash treatments to colleagues or friends of friends during my off-hours. It was during this period of rising Instagram popularity. As I noticed makeup artists and lash artists promoting their services I knew this would be a great way to advertise my services. Gradually I introduced brow treatments and with a-lot of perseverance and dedication to the craft I built a strong client base, left my 9-5 and went from providing services in a bedroom at my mums to a rented room.
Fast forward to today, we've managed to grow our Instagram, Facebook and TikTok following, to a huge community of like-minded brow lovers. Sell thousands of products worldwide and able to give back the knowledge, mistakes and secrets i've gained over the years.
